I back every bell with a free 30-day warranty from the date it arrives. If anything is wrong, cracked casting, finish defect, broken clapper, just reach out and I will replace it at no cost to you. No hoops to jump through.
Can I place a custom order?
Absolutely. I take custom orders for engraved text, special sizing, or bulk quantities for events, gifts, and commemorations. Reach out through the contact page with your request and I will get back to you within 1 to 2 business days with a quote.
What is the bell made from?
The bell is cast in solid brass, the same material used in traditional American bell making. Brass is corrosion resistant, develops a natural patina over time, and produces a clear, resonant tone that lasts for generations.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 3 to 5 business days. Because each bell is made to order, I do not rush the process. I would rather it arrive right than arrive fast. You will receive a tracking number as soon as it is on its way.
